Alarm type descriptions:

Fire: Any response to a fire including structures, cooking, trash and vehicle.

Overpressure Rupture: Any response to a rupture or explosion without fire.

Rescue/EMS: Any response to a motor vehicle accident, trapped victims or medical assist.

Hazardous Condition:  Response to gas leaks, flammable spills, carbon monoxide alarms, electrical problems and power line problems.

Service Call: Any response for cellar pumps, ventilation, persons in distress, and cover assignments.

Good Intent: Any response to is canceled in route, or not found at a specified location.

False Alarm/Call: Any response to a call that is unintentional, mischievous, malicious, or due to a malfunction of alarm equipment.

Severe Weather: Response to weather or natural disaster conditions.

Special Incident: Special or unclassifiable responses.
